ITAS was created with Small Businesses in mind. In particular, those small businesses that don't have their own Information Technology staff, but still want to take advantage of information and technology resources at a reasonable, cost-effective rate.

We provide support and consulting in a variety of fields; such as Networking, Windows 2000 servers, Unix servers (Solaris, Linux, FreeBSD), Web Servers (IIS, Apache), Databases (SQLServer, Oracle, PostGresSQL, MySQL), etc.

Home Services
We also offer computer/networking home services; such as Internet DSL/CABLE installation and support, virus/spyware/adware prevention and removal, Windows patches, Firewall installation for intruder detection, parent control etc, computer troubleshooting, Wireless networking and much more.         

Who we are

People who work and partner with us are specialized engineers who work full time in the IT field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology. We can guarantee that our clients will be satisfied because we focus on quality and responsibility at a price that small businesses and home users can actually afford. 

How we work

Our centralized support system receives either your call or email and is analyzed and responded to within a maximum of 3 hours. We operate after business hours and weekends. A week after a job is finished you will receive a document of your system (computer/network/etc) along with the details of the solution.   We also guarantee our job for 30 days, during which you can call us at no charge. If you are not satisfied after that period of time you can get your money back.
